This class provides a refresher for more experienced professionals, from a CUPA inspector's perspective, on some of the more complex subjects related to interpreting lab results, common pitfalls to watch out for and an opportunity to ask questions of an environmental laboratory manager with over 20 years of experience. Along with the lecture, there will be case study examples and exercises designed to increase audience interaction and understanding of the subject matter.
