700 ml wywaru rosołowego
-3 i 1/2 łyżeczki żelatyny
Wykonanie⤵️
Na dno średniego naczynia luźniej wsypujemy kukurydze, groszek zielony i marchewkę , oraz pokrojona w kostkę szynkę.
Na wierzch szynki układamy przepołowione jajka ( czubek jajka należy odkroić )
Następnie ⤵️
Wywar rosołowy podgrzewamy , ma myć gorący, ale nie gotować,
wsypujemy żelatynę , mieszamy aż całkowicie się rozpuści.
Pozostawić do wystudzenia, jak wywar zacznie gęstnieć , delikatnie wykładamy na jajka z szynką z warzywami.
Odstawić do lodówki na 1-2 godziny i gotowe.

-200g canned peas
-200g of carrots
-grated cheese ~optional
-quarters of an egg for decoration -fresh dill
Broth⏬️
700 ml of chicken stock
-3 and 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin
Execution⤵️
At the bottom of a medium dish, loosely pour corn, green peas and carrots, and diced ham. Place the halved eggs on top of the ham (the tip of the egg should be cut off)
Then ⤵️ We heat the broth, it should wash hot, but not boil, Add gelatin, stir until completely dissolved. Leave to cool, as the broth starts to thicken, gently put it on eggs with ham and vegetables. Put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours and it's ready. Enjoy your meal!
