Houston police have released surveillance video of a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man at 720 South Ella Creek on February 15, 2015. Suspect is described at a black male, wearing a dark hoodie with a white or gray long-sleeved undershirt. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
