It’s all about the grill and Italians love a “grigliata mista” or a mixed Italian grilled platter - and Grilled Calamari has always been a favorite of my family - especially the grandkids! This salad is a delight when served while the calamari are still warm - or it can be served at room temperature as part of a buffet. Buon Gusto!
