Mindfulness, Affect, Helplessness, Intimacy, Sexiness. "Doctor Chiké," an adult and child psychiatrist, discusses these five concepts and their relation to how knowing your affect is essential to regaining your center, and helping you make optimal decisions.
"Doctor Chiké" is a Harvard trained adult and child psychiatrist. He works full time at his psychotherapy practice, working with both adults and children. He began his studies in Behavioral Neuroscience in 1991 as an undergraduate. Since that time, his focus has shifted more toward clinical work with patients, but he continues to have a passion for the study of how the mind works and how people behave.
