This popular time management technique is used to stay focused when you study or work. Today, we will do 10 pomodoros, 60-minute study sessions with 10-minute breaks in between. Stay focused while enjoying forest and water sound.

📌 Guideline for you
Step 1. Decide on the task to be done.
Step 2. Ready for the 60 minute pomodoro timer.
Step 3. Work on the task.
Step 4. End work when the timer rings and take a 10 minute break.
Step 5. Go back to Step 2 and repeat until you go through all 10 pomodoros.
