1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp flour

2 clove dice garlic or more
Half shallot
150 to 200 ml milk

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/3 Tsp nutmeg

70g extra thick heavy cream
1 Tsp All purpose
1 Tsp paprika
1tbsp dried parsley
1tsp garlic granules
Black/ white pepper for taste
Half cup pasta water
