Battle of Manzikert was battle in which the Byzantines under the emperor Romanus IV Diogenes were defeated by the Seljuq Turks led by the sultan Alp-Arslan!

Video contains Turkish and English translate. I know words' colour is a bit odd, but white was looking so bright, sorry for that, some of the sentences are mistaken like ''BATTLE OF MANZ''İ''KERT'', ''Varangian Guards killed and surrounded'', it will be ''were killed''.
