On March 16, 1991, Reba McEntire and her band gave an electrifying performance in San Diego. The band was used to a fast pace, always packing up quickly and preparing to head to the airport. So, after the concert, two planes were waiting at Brown Field Municipal Airport, ready to fly the band to their next concert in Fort Wayne, Indiana. One of these planes was a twin-turbojet Hawker Siddeley DH125 with registration number N831LC. But just minutes after the plane took off, something went horribly wrong.
