Nepal Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has lost the vote of confidence in the Parliament. This comes after the largest party in Nepal's ruling coalition government, the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist Leninist), withdrew its support. Pushpa Kamal Dahal had assumed the position of Nepal Prime Minister just 18 months ago. Ex-Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli-led (CPN-UML), exited the coalition after signing a power-sharing deal with the largest party in the House — the Nepali Congress (NC). As per reports, Oli is expected to form the next government in Nepal.
