I removed the other video and replaced it with this, where Cloud uses the Ultima Weapon instead. With it, Cloud has 126 Atk, but the Ultima Weapon deals less damage when you have less HP. Sephiroth's counter attack deals 31/32 of Cloud's HP, so the damage will be minimal. See for yourself.

Besides using Omnislash, this is the only other option you have in this battle. Even though people like to claim so, it is impossible to lose.
