Sheena Bora’s biological father Sidharatha Das spoke to TIMES NOW’s Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami about his association with Indrani Mukerjea and his children Sheena and Mikhail. Sidharatha claimed that he was unaware of Indrani's marriage with former Star TV CEO Peter Mukerjea. He also refuted media reports which claimed that it was he who tipped off the police about Sheena’s murder. Hemant Yes

Das also claimed that after his separation from Indrani he had no contact with her or their children, but did speak to Sheena when she was in Class 10. But Das shirked away from answering tough questions about a mysterious phone call. Indrani Mukerjea, wife of former Star TV CEO Peter Mukerjea was arrested along with her driver Shyam Rai and second husband Sanjeev Khanna for allegedly murdering her daughter Sheena Bora in 2012.
