During Luann de Lesseps' "Countess and Friends" cabaret show at the Borgata Hotel and Casino in New Jersey, the entertainer revealed that Tinsley has stopped filming the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" after getting engaged to her on-again, off-again boyfriend Scott Kluth.
