Salmon fishing and grouse hunting in one day! I started my day on the river twitching jigs for salmon, salmon fishing, Whilst salmon fishing I caught several salmon, a coho salmon and a chum salmon. I kept the coho salmon for a salmon catch and cook. Then I headed into the mountains for some grouse hunting to round out this cast and blast. I caught a grouse whilst grouse hunting then found myself a camp spot for the cooking portion of this catch and cook. It's always been a goal of mine to catch a salmon and grouse in one day and do a catch and cook cast and blast!
