Human beings, by nature, are social creatures. We have an innate desire to connect with others, to form relationships, and to be part of a community. This is not merely a social inclination, but a biological need that's deeply ingrained in our DNA.
From an evolutionary perspective, our ancestors thrived in groups as it increased their chances of survival. They hunted, gathered, and protected each other in packs. Hence, our brains have been hardwired for connection, support, and shared experiences. Let's challenge the recent shift towards individualism and rediscover the power of community for optimal health.
