In today’s video Coach Erik Johnson of Arete Throws Nation continues to break down how to throw the rotational shot put and shows key things on the Entry Pillar 1& 2 of the Throwing Chain Reaction® System.. Here we continue to look at our 4 Thrower’s ranging from a first day 25 foot thrower to a U18 70+ foot shot putter.
It's important to notice the difference between the 25, 50, 60 and 70+ foot thrower, but more importantly the similarities. The difference between the the day 1 and elite U18 thrower is simply better execution of fundamental positions.
So whether you’re a youth or an advance Thrower the same system and focus will allow you to hit big throws. Time and reps will determine how these positions become more efficient and better executed overtime, if you are focusing on the right technical details and that's why following a proven system is so beneficial. #ThrowingChainReaction System ( link below) #checkitout.
