Here we are doing the second eye of a patient who had Symfony implants the previous year and was generally reasonably happy with the outcome but still bothered by fluctuating vision, floaters, glare and variable haziness/blurring of her vision at different distances. We have already performed an elective pars plana vitrectomy on her left eye and she was thrilled with the outcome so here we are doing the same procedure in the right eye. A retina tear is noted during the procedure and this is treated with an endolaser to wall it off. An interview with the patient from her one month post operative visit is provided at the end of the procedure.
