INGREDIENTS
1.5kg of watermelon
160g (3/4 cup) of sugar
90g (3/4 cup) of cornstarch
For decoration
Chopped pistachios
Chocolate chips
METHOD
1. Start by cutting the watermelon into chunks.
2. Put the watermelon in the blender. Now blend well!
3. Transfer to a pot with the sugar and cornstarch added cold. Then turn on the heat to low and let them dissolve completely, cooking for about 15 minutes while stirring often. You should get a thick and homogeneous mixture.
4. This recipe is perfect to make with your favorite fruit! For example, orange or lemon jelly is also delicious.
5. Now you can pour the jelly into molds or cups. Let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for 4 hours.
6. They are ready to be unmolded! Decorate them as you like; we used pistachio crumbs and chocolate chips.
