Here’s my current chest/back day routine! Please note that I’m not saying this is the BEST routine for your chest and back. This is just one day out of my week (I do a PPL/Arnold Split hybrid). I do these exercises in this order because I enjoy it this way. If you don’t like some of these, I strongly encourage you to modify it to meet your needs!
💰Bench Press
3 sets, 5-10 reps
💰Cable Row
3 sets, 8-12 reps
💰Low To High Cable Fly
3 sets, 10-15 reps
💰Underhand Pulldown
3 sets, 8-12 reps
💰Pec Dec + Dropsets
2 sets, 10-15 reps
💰Low To High Row
3 sets, 10-15 Reps
