Hello Friends! It’s July and today we’re celebrating our Friend of the Month - Keroppi! We’re making some vegan matcha donuts in honor of our silly friend who lives at the edge of Donut Pond. And we’ll show you a few supercute Keroppi items to give as a gift to any of your Keroppi-loving friends. Let’s get started!
Materials needed:
Coconut Oil
Vanilla Extract
Matcha Powder
Sugar
Flour
Baking Powder
Almond Milk
Whisk
Donut Pan
Powdered Sugar
Chopped Almonds
Vegan Matcha Donuts Step-by-step instructions:
(1:06) Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a donut pan.
(1:13) Step 2: Mix all the dry ingredients together.
(01:29) Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, milk, and vanilla.
(01:36) Step 4: Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Lightly mix.
(01:50) Step 5: Roll the dough into a donut shape, and place into the pan.
(01:53) Step 6: Bake for 15 minutes and remove to cool.
(02:01) Step 7: Whisk together powdered sugar, matcha, and almond milk for the glaze!
(02:16) Step 8: Dip into the glaze and decorate!
