Normally I will wait until the new set is done, but Obeka, Splitter of Seconds has my full attention and implored me to get a headstart on Outlaws of Thunder Junction. Something about this Commander is compelling and so far in small tests, has shown me that it can do some REALLY silly things if you can get multiple upkeeps off her damage trigger.
