I am playing this on PC through Steam. This is the first game in the Plague Tale series developed by Asobo Studio. The sequel, Requiem, is coming out in October of this year.

The story follows the story of Amicia and Hugo De Rune as they run from the Inquisition while looking for a cure for a mysterious ailment afflicting Hugo.
