The building I am touring is Ascent and is right near all the Google, Amazon, and Meta (Facebook) offices. The cost of these units ranges from $2700 - 3500 as of April 2022. The cost may change, but for 2022 the prices should be in that range (no promises though). The units are a bit more expensive, but I actually really enjoyed seeing them.
