The Ultimate Classic Range Rover Resto-mod? Chieftain V8 PHEV review. In this episode of The Late Brake Show Jonny Smith gets to be the first person to review what is a reborn 4WD classic Range Rover with modern injected Chevrolet 6.2-litre V8 (460bhp/465lbft) driving the rear wheels, and some 270bhp/295lbft of Yasa twin electric motor power driving the front wheels. You can choose between V8 only, both drivetrains together or EV only. The latter uses a 66kWh battery and claims over 100 miles of EV range.
