This video shows my best workout I have done in a while. The main purpose of the workout was for speed since I don't have any and I think I did very well. The workout is 3, 400m reps at 72 seconds with 200m jog in between each rep. Then 2, 1000m reps at 3:16 with a 400m jog. Then finally another 3, 400m reps at 72 seconds.
