0:10 The FIRST thing you should invest in, is your yourself. Your education is vital to your success in anything. Put at least 10% of your £30k into education, mentors, books etc. This is the best investment you can make in yourself.

0:40 the first property I would buy and invest in is an apartment here on a Serviced Accommodation basis as it would give me the highest return on investment (ROI) for my money.

Buy 1 or a few of these, and if they're giving you a passive income of £450 per month and you'll be on the property ladder and they'll help you get more development properties or HMO's.
