Lawmakers at the East African legislative assembly are pushing for the enactment of a regional law to mitigate the effects of climate change. A South Sudan representative Dr Jeremiah Woda moved the motion before the assembly sitting in Arusha Tanzania. He later urged the council of ministers to expedite the climate change bill.
