In this video, I teach a salon marketing funnel that should be part of your salon business plan. You need a strategic system to attract new clients, and this is an automated system that you set up once, and will get you new salon clients every day on autopilot.

The goal is to get at least 10 new clients per month, and have a 40% or higher retention rate, so that you can build your clientele in 6 months or less.

So here is how the salon marketing funnel works.

First you need a salon website that is optimized, so it ranks in the top 3 of Google search. If your site doesn't rank that high, you can always get traffic to your website through paid Google search ads.

Next, you need to create or hire someone to produce a professional 60-90 second salon promotional video with a strong call to action at the end. The call to action will link to an offer page that gets prospective clients to opt-in to receive the salon offer.

Your website, Facebook ads, and Google ads will direct traffic to the same squeeze page.

After clients opt-in for the offer on the squeeze page, they will automatically get an email with the offer voucher, and be redirected to a thank you page that invites them to schedule their appointment online.
