Ingredients

For Fried Paneer

200 gms Paneer
4 tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp Garlic chopped
1/2 tsp Res Chilli Powder

Ingredients for Gravy:
1 tbsp Garlic(minced)
1 Onion White(sliced)
1 Green Chilli(slit)
1 Capsicum( green and red chopped)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Red and Green Chilli Sauce
4 tps cup Water
Salt
Corn Flour Slurry
1/4 tsp Vinegar

Method:

Heat oil in a pan

Take cornflour in a plate add chilli powder and salt and mix well .

Now,coat these paneer with the mixture, and start frying these paneer in the hot oil

Fry these paneer evenly on all the sides, and take it out in a plate

Now take the remaining cornfloure in a bowl, and add 4 teaspoon water.

Mix it and keep it aside

Now, on a low flame, heat oil in a pan, and add minced garlic in it

Mix it, till the raw smell of garlic goes away

Add sliced onion, slit green chilli, chopped green and red capsicum to the pan and mix it

Now, add soy sauce, red and green chilli sauce, water to the pan and mix it and vinegar.

Add salt to the pan, along with the corn flour slurry, and mix it

Now, add fried paneer to the pan; coat it with the gravy
Mix it, take it out and serve it
