Has anyone else started making sourdough since quarantine has started? Sometimes I get tired of making the same sourdough recipe, especially since I have a lot of sourdough starter. In order to make use of all the starters, I've developed this recipe for when I have a sweet tooth! This donut is the softest donut with the perfect texture and slightly tangy flavor from the sourdough. It's a perfect balance in flavor and texture. I highly recommend you all try this recipe out!

Serves: 8-10
🍩 Ingredients
Dry
-2 Cups / 250G Unbleached AP Flour
-1/2 Tsp Salt
Wet
-1/4 Cup / 50G Sugar
-1/2 Egg (25G)
-1/2 Cup /119mL Warm Whole Milk (115F /46C)
-1/2 Cup / 112G Sourdough Starter
Glaze
-1 Cup / 125G Powdered Sugar (Sifted)
-2 Tbsp Whole Milk
-1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Fry at 315F -325F / 158C- 163C for 1-2 mins on each side or until golden brown.
