3D printing ordnance is nothing new here at Ordnance Lab. We made 3D printed claymores a while back which were a big success. D&S Creations helped us achieve a new level of 3D printed when they reached out to us with their rocket project. They had some prototypes that were really impressive, and needed us to help them get to them to go boom. That's sort of our thing so how could we refuse?
Steve returned to the ranch to test out both shape charges, featured in our last video, and 3D printed rocket improvements. These are all prototypes he made over the course of several months and the idea to test them for functionality. Also to see if a 3D printed explosive shaped charge concept is feasible with this design. These are very much in the early stages of development so we were not expecting magic to happen. How well did they work out? Well, you will needed to watch the video to find out!
