Hey guys, it’s Liam from Killer Ink, and today I’m going to be taking a look at a range of coil tattoo machines from VladBlad Irons.

Hand-built in Russia, machines from VladBlad are some of the best coils around and brilliant for various styles.

So, let’s take a look at what they have to offer…

Killer Ink stocks two models from VladBlad Irons: The Wolf and the Respect A2, with different configurations and styles available.

All of the coil machines offered by VladBlad come with a 25-year warranty on the frame, coils and armature bar, as well as a one-year warranty on springs, vice screws, contact screws, and binding posts. The warranties really give artists some peace of mind while tattooing.

We’ll start with the VladBlad Wolf machines. We offer two versions of the Wolf: a Pro Liner and a Power Shader, or Power Colour Packer if you prefer.

Both versions of the VladBlad Wolf machines feature a powder coated steel frame, with the Pro Liner weighing in at just 185 grams and offering a well-balanced approach that gives artists great control over the needle.

The VladBlad Wolf Pro Liner is especially suited for round liners from 5 to 14.

The Power Shader has more weight to it as it comes with a heavy tungsten armature bar. The power and sharp hit of the armature bar will allow you to lay in the ink very quickly.

If you’re colour packing, we recommend you go for 9 to 35 magnums, while those who are using the machine for black and grey shading should opt for 25 to 49 magnums.

Over to the Respect A2 machines now, and we offer three different variants: a Delicate, or Fine, Liner, a Pro Liner, and a Power Shader – also known as a Power Colour Packer.

Unlike the Wolf models, the Respect A2 coil machines feature a powder coated aluminium frame, instead of a steel one.

The VladBlad Respect A2 Delicate Liner has been designed for single pass lining with 3 to 9 liner needles. It is particularly good for fine details, clean dot work and delicate areas of the skin.

As you can see with the Pro Liner and Power Shader, the designs are pretty quirky, based on characters from the cartoon series, Adventure Time.

The specs for these machines are similar to those of the Wolf models we showed you earlier: The Pro Liner is well balanced and designed for single pass lining, while the Power Shader is perfect for laying in ink quickly.

As with the Wolf Pro Liner, we recommend you use the Respect A2 Pro Liner with 5 to 14 round liners. Similarly, for the Respect A2 Power Shader, it’s the same as the Wolf: use 9 to 35 magnums for colour packing and 25 to 49 magnums for black and grey shading.

Since all coil machines from VladBlad Irons are hand-built, the small aesthetics of your machine may vary slightly to the ones we have here. But don’t worry, it will still be the same great coil machine!
