According to the commentators it's Vincent Clerc whos gets it in the snout, but Eddie O' Sullivan saw it differently;
"Much later in the game, Kevin Maggs hit French centre, Xavier Gabajosa like a dumper truck. They were trying to break out of defence and, classic Maggsy, he just lined the guy up in his sights and smashed him. Gabajosa's nose virtually exploded across his face on impact and Drico told me that night that he's actually heard the sound of it cracking."
