In this video we take a look at a set of battles in Season 7 of the Pokemon GO Battle League (GBL) in the Great League featuring Shadow Hitmonchan, Shadow Snorlax and Shadow Shiftry.

In today's video the spice is officially back, this time with a new triple shadow team that honestly makes very little sense. This is a team that is built for entertainment purposes only, it has no synergy and very little coverage. It is easily countered and it is very glassy. With that said, it should be able to provide some fast, fun and entertaining battles. I do not recommend anyone run this team if looking to rank up in rating.

This team consists of a Shadow Hitmonchan lead, one of the first shadow Pokemon I ever featured on this channel, it is probably my favorite Shadow Pokemon. With access to so many elemental punches, and the boosted Attack, Shadow Hitmonchan can be a threat even in unfavorable match-ups.

Operating as the safe-switch is Shadow Snorlax, the bulkiest of the three and the only one that provides "some" coverage for the Fairy and Flying types. It is not a counter at all to these Pokemon, but it is the best option we have.

Rounding out the line is Shadow Shiftry, an incredibly glassy Pokemon with a very high ATK stat. The addition of Shiftry makes this team incredibly weak to both Flying types and Charmers. We will see what we can do.

Overall this is more of a meme team than anything else. In our mission to tank rating for the start of Ultra League, we find ourselves using questionable teams. Can we make them work is the question.

In this video we use a team consisting of: Shadow Hitmonchan (Counter, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch), Shadow Snorlax (Lick, Body Slam, Superpower) & Shadow Shiftry (Snarl, Leaf Blade, Foul Play).
