What is fear? Why do we have and experience fear? Yes, fear can be good to let you know to run away when facing danger. However, fear of the unknown in most situations isn't good because it stops you from going forward.

If wanting to start a business but feel the fear of failure, that's a fear that you must let go of if you want to push forward and experience success.

Fear of not knowing how things will turn out is what stops most of us from having a better life. Stop asking yourself "what if I fail" and start asking yourself "what if I succeed".

Fear is caused by ignorance. Fear is expressed in anxiety. Suppress the anxiety and it turns into depression. Don't let fear, doubt, and worry control you. Start to learn and understand what is it that you really fear and you will see that there's nothing to fear at all.
