I really like this camera. While it doesn't have configurable options or an LCD screen, it gets the job done really well. In particular, it handled backlit situations much better than SJ4000. Its white balance is slightly off but that can be fixed easily in video editors.
*** To update time ***
1. Create a text file TIMESET.txt at the root folder of the Micro SD card.
2. Open the text file and type in the current date and time in the following format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss. For example, 2014-09-30 17:30:00
3. Save the text file, power up the camera to update time.
4. The text file will be automatically deleted when the updated is successful.
