Here is an instant exercise to boost the blood flow into the internal ear - it works like the anti-vertigo medicine, i.e. it mobilises the cervical artery by working on your upper cervical vertebrae. No external manipulation needed: you're autonomous.
One time will not be enough to recover fully, but do it
- every day for prevention
- every 10-15 min if you have a crisis / when you feel dizzy.
