Learn yoga class sequencing using the WAVE flow method. Included are tips for yoga pose transitions and an entire yoga class planning overview. I love empowering new yoga teachers with simple yoga sequencing and class planning methods. You can choose how creative or simple you'd like to make this type of class. Sequencing using a wave means you choose 4 to 6 poses as your base, then repeat the sequence adding variations or intensity with each wave - usually 3-5 waves per class. You'd add a break or re-set flow (i.e. vinyasa) in between sides and waves. In this example, I am basing my class with these 5 poses: Crescent Lunge, Warrior III, Warrior II, Side Angle, and Bird of Paradise.
