Today I make my very First clover club. I never got around to it cause it involves making raspberry syrup, and I didn't know what I would do with the rest, but the answer is simple. More clover clubs!!!

Clover Club
2oz Gin
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz raspberry Syrup
1 Eggwhite
Dry shake, add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass and Garnish with fresh Raspberry
