SAUCE SOUBISE

1 Large Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 TBLS Olive Oil
1/4 C of White Wine
3/4 C of Cream
1 TBLS Salt


ROMESCO BREAD CRUMBS

150g Hazelnuts
20g Garlic
75g Breadcrumbs
30g Aleppo Chili
16g Kosher Salt
25g Smoked Paprika
3g Lemon Zest
