Assuming you have a save state you can recruit the Kingslayer from the Witcher 2: Assassin of King. All that it requires is to find him during the quest the The Fall of the House of Reardon and help him out in Ghosts of the Past quest. Doing that will gain him as an ally during the Battle of Kaer Morhen.
