I smoke a 10lb pork picinic roast for over 13 hours on my Pit Boss 700FB pellet grill, which worked out really quite well! I walk through preparing the roast, rubbing with spice, smoking, and preparing for a meal.
Rub recipe:
7 tbs kosher salt
6 tbs turbinado sugar
5 tbs paprika
4 tsp dried mustard
2 tsp onion powder
