Kanthari chilli-1/4kg
White Vinegar-1cup
Water(boiled d cooled)-1cup
salt-
Method
Wash well and drain the chillies ..
Wipe with a kitchen tissue ..
In a glass bottle add 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water .
Add salt and mix well..
To that add chillies and close the bottle and keep in a dry place ..
U can use after one month ..
Check the salt and adjust according to ur preference ..
