Welcome back to my channel. Here we have a 15 minute FAT CRUSHER using only a jump rope. If you're looking to lose weight and tone up then you've come to the right channel. If you do not have a jump rope it is ok to simulate the movements with your arms. You WILL burn up to 500 calories with this! Try it and let me know how you feel.
