Everyone can lucid dream, no matter your age or personal situation. However, there are some mistakes that can prevent you from lucid dreaming, and in this video I cover 3 of the biggest ones.

If you are making any of the mistakes in this video, you won’t be able to lucid dream until you fix it. Many of these problems affected me when I was new to lucid dreaming, but once I realized what they were so I could over come them, I was able to progress on my journey to mastering this skill.
