It’s wild garlic or also called ramson season. You can find it in the wild in many areas across Uk, Europe and USA and it’s absolutely delicious and free to pick. We used it on @laja focaccia’s and the taste was just insane!
WILD GARLIC PESTO:
- 100 x g wild garlic
- 100 x g plant based Parmesan
- 100 x g Pine nuts
- 100 x ml olive oil
- Salt to taste

TIPS: freeze the pesto in an ice cube tray so you can use one cube when needed
