I went to Yoga Teacher Training in Nosara, Costa Rica for a month in January and here is a little bit about my experience.
I loved my yoga teacher training experience and all the people I met in the small wholesome beach town. Going far away to do my training was an amazing was to completely immerse myself into the yoga community with no distractions.
