This is a taste test/review of the Talenti Gelato in the Sea Salt Caramel flavor. It "contains chocolate covered caramel truffles". It is vegetarian, HFCS free, hormone free, and kosher. It was $3 at Meijer. 1/2 cup = 240 calories
