Here's an update on the Staples Burlston executive chair I bought from Staples back in September 2014 when I was working there. This chair was not designed to hold up well at all. Most of the retail sticker prices on Staples brand chairs goes into Staples' deep corporate pockets, not into the chair you're purchasing, and definitely not into the $7-$8 hourly wages of the store associates.
