My sugar free cranberry sauce is keto friendly and tastes like cranberry sauce should taste. This quilt free cranberry sauce is keto friendly and will compliment any turkey dinner. There are just 2 net carbs per Tablespoon. My cranberry sauce recipe only takes 10 minutes to make.
Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce
Makes one 500ml jar
2 net carbs per TBSP
Ingredients:
12 ounces fresh whole cleaned cranberries (about 340 grams)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon or orange zest finely grated
1 cup of water
6 TBSP powdered erythritol
Directions:
Sterilize a 500 ml jar
Add all of the ingredients into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer and stir for 10-15 minutes to desired consistency.
Adjust erythritol to personal preference.
Pour into a sterilized jar and store in the fridge.
Notes:
Whole fresh cranberries will burst while cooking.
This cranberry sauce is also used in my cranberry muffins.
